Adapter Pallet

The adapter pallet has been specially designed for holding, storing and transporting dollies. It complements the use of dollies by improving handling and safety. It is suitable for every castor type. The flat access ramps on both rails on the front side make it easier to insert the dollies, whilst the new side guides prevent the castors from turning sideways. On the rear side, the adapter pallet has a stop plate for the rear dollies. This prevents the dollies from accidentally rolling out. Two coloured control elements on the front side help lock and unlock the dollies in the adapter pallet. When locked, the dollies are automatically in the correct position. Forklift trucks can then pick up the adapter pallet from all four sides.

Smart process optimisation

Whatever size dolly you want to store or transport, they can all fit on the adapter pallet. You can even mix the sizes. The containers are stackable and are secured to the adapter pallet using the patented locking mechanism. The ability to house different-sized containers allows you to customise the configuration on the pallet, ensuring just-in-time supply for delivery.

The adapter pallet also has exactly the same standard dimensions of a europallet. This makes it possible to store the dollies together with the goods in the pallet rack, or transport them in shipping units by train or truck. This helps lower transport costs and improve sustainability. A mechanism for securing tension belts provides extra protection during transport.
