All Prices displayed on our website are quoted in GBP and the prices are net of VAT. Quotations can be offered in GBP or Euros.

We keep a stock of our most popular products in our Durham warehouse and these items have a delivery time of 1-3 days, however, some items are stored in our Germany warehouse so delivery time can be 7-10 days. These items will still be shipped from our Durham warehouse, meaning there will be no customs implications for our customers. Bespoke products such as our Visual Boards or Lean Cubes will be discussed at the time of quotation.

Shipping costs are calculated on the weight & dimensions of your order. We use APC Logistics to dispatch our domestic orders. Large orders and bespoke items may be sent on a pallet service.

Bespoke items and special production items are non returnable. Other items may be returned at the cost of the customer and may incur a restock charge.

To avoid unnecessary costs, our consent must be obtained before the goods are returned. Please contact us with your order number to discuss your return options.

Any obvious defects must be reported in writing immediately, at the latest within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. In the case of justified complaints, we are only obliged to either grant a price reduction, exchange or take back the goods and reimburse the purchase price, at the buyer’s option.
